February 10 - Class of 2027 Blue Team - Financial Literacy
The Class of 2027 Blue Team participated in a morning session on financial literacy. Students took part in the MoneyTalks Forum presented in partnership with the Georgia Secretary of State. A Budgeting Basics workshop was then facilitated by VyStar Credit Union.

February 10 - Class of 2027 Green Team - Financial Literacy
The Class of 2027 Green Team met at Emory Johns Creek Hospital for an afternoon session focused on financial literacy. Students participated in the MoneyTalks Forum presented in partnership with the Georgia Secretary of State, followed by a Budgeting Basics workshop led by VyStar Credit Union.

February 12 - Rising Leaders - Communication & Culture Leadership Training
The Rising Leaders team focused on building understanding of culture and communication through interactive activities, led by Richard Pelay. After practicing effective communication skills, students participated in a group Lego build applying concepts of culture and teamwork. The day concluded with wrap-up reflections, action planning, and a tour of Emory Johns Creek Hospital.

February 26 - Class of 2027 Green Team - Government Day
The Class of 2027 Green Team visited Liberty Plaza before traveling to the Fulton County Government offices to meet with Commissioner Bridget Thorne and learn about Fulton County leadership. The group then visited the Superior Court for a session with Judge Rachelle Carnesale to gain insight into the judicial system. Students also explored Georgia’s working Capitol and met with various state leaders to learn more about our state government.
